This spatula works great for plating wide omelets, double eggs, and any other food that you need to not dump off the sides of a standard spatula. The handle is short so be prepared to get up close to the food that your lifting; this reduces handle flex that so longer handle experience. Despite being silicon food can be difficult to remove compared to my other silicon utensils. After you wash it and let it dry you might notice a very thin layer of food remaining, so make sure to give it a extra amount if scrubbing that you don't have to typically do. Be aware that were the the handle attaches to the blade it protrudes a bit and the coating is thin, so check it periodically to see if any pot scratching metal has started to poke thru. Besides those small issues, the price was right for a great working utensil that I wish I had years ago.I use it for my omelets, and it is great.If you're using it for stir fry, it's too big, and cumbersome so use it appropriately and you will be happy.I didn't realize the size when I bought it, but it doesn't matter because a good spatula always has a place in the kitchen.I fix keto pancakes and they can be large so this flipper is absolutely perfect for flipping pancakes or anything else.Comfort hold, easy to clean, wasn't as thin as hopedI like the spatula. It is very, very big, though. It is very flexible, but impossible to use in a small frying pan—which is what I bought it for. It is great for pancakes or anything in a larger frying pan. It’s holding up well with dishwasher and high heat use. I wish it was a little smaller, but that’s my fault for not looking at the measurements. It’s been working great. Great but—as it turned out.Shovel received, good quality, fine workmanship and no peculiar smell.Perfect for non-stick pans so you don't have to worry about scratches anymore.The handle is also comfortable.I've been cooking steak a lot lately, and I'm happy with the way it bends.The sizes were perfect. Shipped in wrong box. They were so flexible and flimsy that I didn't even have to try them. I think trying to flip a fish would probably throw it across the room. Very disappointed. Bought a Farberware set from Walmart. Sturdy and did the job. Do not recommend these spatulas.
