they were flat no edgeThis came with so many pieces! The glitter was even decent quality and it came in so many colors. I lived all the shapes that is in the template and it is very sturdy. I do wish it came with more little spoons and eyedroppers though but I am glad it even included some. They were extremely helpful and made casting a lot easier so now I know to get more for smaller jobs like that. The eyedropper was incredibly helpful with sucking out and bubbles from the top and the little spoon was great for making sure each area was filled to the brim and filling in the tiny holes.This is a perfect set for teenage girls. Two of my granddaughters (12 and 14) used nearly every piece of this set in a week! The molds are silicone and very flexible which make the castings very easy to get out and reusable many times.. The stirs are a good size for the amount of resin needed and the droppers are needed for the 'Ball' mold. They liked the glitter paste better than the normal glitter they were using before. The gem molds are great also easy to get out if you roll them in your hands before releasing. A few times they forgot the mold release and they still came out nicely. All in all and great set.We were disappointed as when we opened this package there were no directions on how to use. This was bought for a 11 yr old to make jewerly and directions on how much resin and how for her to use it would have been greatly helpful. I should have gone with another seller of this product which included directions with their packaging. The molds are sturdy and will last for quite a few uses.I bought this mold to try it out for resin because of the low price and the quantity, and it is a very cute mold. They don't seem to have any in stock right now, but I'm looking forward to buying more.Some of the molds are a little smaller than expected.. which is okay (marker for reference), but the bracelet and ring mold must definitely be child sizes.. I do have slightly chubby fingers, but that sucker wouldn't even go on my pinky. With a little but of pushing, the bracelet mold went on my 9 year olds wrist. Only down side to these. Everything else looks great and very durable.It comes with everything that a beginning resin crafter needs for an affordable price, which is why I picked this set out of all of the others I saw!However, it didn’t come with the crystal mold that has the pointy top (as shown in the pictures and product description) which made me upset since I was really looking forward to using that one specificallly for flower casting.And the molds got very sticky very quickly and I’m not sure how to clean them to get the sticky-ness off.While the sticky problem isn’t huge and is manageable, not usually being something that I would knock stars off for. But not getting one of the molds that made me purchase this in the first place made me SUPER upset and that’s the reason why I gave it three stars.Everything else in the package was great and all the pieces were there except the other half to the sphere silicone mold. A little bummed about that because I was looking forward to making cool designs with that mold but the other mold will work fine as well!Great value thank you
